Terkait dengan proses migrasi ke desain baru, kami mengharapkan para members dapat melakukan update data profil untuk kelengkapan wajah baru tersebut.
Langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan adalah: (* dilakukan bagi members yang belum mengaktifkan profil VIVAsocio)
1. Terlebih dahulu anda SIGN IN dengan user ID dan password yang sama ketika anda SIGN IN di http://socio.vivanews.com
(karena 1 User ID bisa untuk akses semua kanal Komunitas di VIVAnews.com, VIVABola, VIVAforum, VIVAlog, VIVAsocio).
2. Setelah anda masuk ke halaman beranda VIVAsocio Klik ACCOUNT di halaman beranda.
3. Akan keluar 3 Button pilihan yaitu Button BIODATA, KONTAK, PASSWORD
4. Pilih Button BIODATA --> Scroll hingga paling bawah, dan klik button EDIT
5. Silahkan isi data anda pada setiap kolom isian Isi kolom nama, Kota domisili, kota asal, tanggal lahir, dan lain sebagainya.
6. Untuk ganti atau pasang foto profil anda, caranya klik button CHOOSE, kemudian masukkan picture avatar anda. Lalu klik button UPLOAD
7. Lalu terakhir Klik button SIMPAN untuk mengakhiri proses update profil
